  2. this is the email I got

Thank you for your email dated 5 July 2011.

The post of Chief Inspector of the UK Border Agency was created as part of the UK Borders Act of 2007 and is independent of both the Agency and the Home Office.

The Act requires me as the Chief Inspector to monitor and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of the UK Border Agency. However, the Act directs me not to aim to investigate individual cases although this does not prevent me from considering or drawing conclusions about an individual case for the purpose of, or in the context of, considering a general issue.

Having reviewed your email, I am unable to assist in this matter. As mentioned above, the UK Borders Act 2007 directs me as Chief Inspector not to intervene in individual cases.

I would advise you to maintain correspondence with any existing contacts you have within the UK Border Agency or go to the Contact pages on the Agency’s website: www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk

Your email will be kept on record, for possible use in future inspections, unless you direct me not to do so. In the event of the content of your email being used, your personal information will be kept confidential.

    Yours faithfully,

    John Vine CBE QPM
Independent Chief Inspector of the UK Border Agency

  3. This was the mail written by me to UKBA Inspector. Email ID chiefinspectorukba@icinspector.gsi.gov.uk

    Dear SIr,
I applied my case on 26th of march from Islamabad Pakistan but still my application is with UKBA and this is not the only case in which application is held for that much time there are many cases in which UKBA is delaying the application without any reason if they have doubt in any document or statement they can confirm it from the applicant or alternatively they can refuse the application on this basis. They are intentionally trying to frustrate the applicants which are applying at private college this is not the way to treat student like this.

all students applied in colleges which is in the UKBA sponsor register if they dont think that they can meet the requirement then they should have to remove their names from sponsors list or if the government want the student only to study in government universities then they should have to make it clear so student only take admission in government universities. Stop to use discriminated behavior with private colleges student.

  5. One 15th may 2011 applicant with one dependant got refused 2 days before.

Mistake by the visa officer he count his funds wrongly.

    Collage Essex ( outer london)
    Total Fees 4000 pounds.
    paid fees 3000 pounds.
Applicant show his 4 months bank statement.
5400+1000+3600 pounds = total 10,000 pounds. in pakistani ruppee 14 lacks. but he shows 15 lacs in his account.

Visa offices writes in his refusal that you need to show.
    5400+1000+4797 pounds = total 11097 pounds. in pakistani ruppee 15 lacks 53 thousands 5 hundred and 80.

Visa officer count his dependant funds mistakenly 4797 pounds for inner london.
But if we see his collage is outer london and 3600 pounds needed for his dependant.

  10. Uk Visa Interview 7 Tips..It's Awesome..
Lots of people desire to get settled in United kingdom but lack of right knowledge, which creates problems. You need to go through the interview process in order to avail the UK immigration visa. The interview is conducted by a UK visa consulate officer. The time period of interview process varies according to the performance of person at the introductory part of interview. The person is judged by visa officer according to his confidence as to how he creatively answers to the questions.

There are certain visa interview tips which should be helpful to the visa applicant:
    1) The applicant needs to approach the visa consulate officer with confidence and positivity. If you are leaving a current job, mention the reason of leaving with positive intention and the opportunity that can enhance your career prospects.
    2) Outline the valid reason for leaving the native country and your usefulness in UK. If you are from a technical background do mention that you would add tremendous value to the UK economy.
    3) Give at least two references working presently in your organization. Give all the answers in a proper manner and to the point. Do not forget to describe the work profile in the companies with whom you have worked.
    4) Try to answer all his questions without hesitation in the first attempt, which creates a positive impact in the mind of visa consulate officer. Try to reach before the scheduled time of interview and review all the answers for possible questions which will be asked by interviewer.
    5) Approach the Visa consulate officer with a confident smile. Opt to wear formal dress at the time of interview which often impresses the interviewer, as he or she belongs to United Kingdom where formals are more appreciated in official meetings or interviews.
    6) The most important attribute would be honesty in answering. If you try to deceive the officer you are more likely to get caught and that may end all your prospects of the UK Visa.
    7) Try to show a strong Financial capability. But do remember it needs to be truth and not fabricated.
